SHIPPING POLICIES:
All orders received will
typically be shipped within 10-15 business days. If for some reason the
order cannot be processed or item is out of stock you will be notified by
our customer service representative. Shipping will be via the service as
listed on our order form. If the service is not available in certain area,
the service type will be changed to the closest available service. Shipping
charges listed online are estimated and may be subject to adjustment after the order is placed. If any adjustments are made customer
will be notified via email.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
At the present time we are only accepting orders from United States and Canada. We cannot accept
orders from any other foreign countries. Both the shipping and billing
address must be within this area. The shipping fee does not include any
import taxes, duties and customs fees imposed to the destination country and
region. The recipient would be responsible to pay any of these fees imposed
on by the destination country region to have package released from customs.
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars.

that you feel confident purchasing from our on-line store, so if you are not
happy with any aspect of a rug, simply return it to us for a full refund
not including shipping and handling. Simply call our customer support team within 15
days of receiving your rug and you will receive a full refund excluding shipping and handling. Please note that Indiport will only accept refunds if rugs are in the same condition as when purchased. We are not responsible for any damage once rugs are shipped.
ERRORS AND
OMISSIONS:
In the event that a product is
listed at an incorrect price due to an error, Indiport shall have the
right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the
incorrect price. Indiport shall have the right to refuse or cancel
any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit
card is charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase
and your order is cancelled, Indiport shall issue a credit to your
credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
